Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Order Tracking Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at info@noacocoon.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for a return. This will be specified on the product page.
