We offer two straightforward shipping methods to suit your needs:

Processing Times

Standard Orders: We aim to have your order packed and out the door within 2 business days.

Express Orders: Must be placed before 12 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.

Note: Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our delivery company so you can follow your parcel's journey to your nursery.
Need to make a change? If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships!
